Terms of Use

1. The app
AirWrite lets you display text in mid-air by waving your device. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
2. Licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use AirWrite on Apple devices that you own or control, for private, non-commercial purposes.
3. In-app purchase
The optional Pro Colours unlock is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple. It is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your devices free of charge via Restore purchase. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple under their policies.
4. Use it sensibly
You are responsible for the messages you display and for waving safely — mind your surroundings, keep a firm grip on your device, and don't use the app while driving or in situations where it may distract you or others. Don't use AirWrite to display unlawful, hateful, or harassing content.
5. No warranty
AirWrite is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Motion tracking quality depends on your device's sensors and how you wave.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app and its in-app purchases.
7. Changes
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be posted at this address with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
